The country today gratefully remembers the freedom fighter Mahatma Gandhi on his 69th death anniversary, the person who guides us on the path of growth and development.

He always taught to follow the path of truth and non-violence and practice peaceful conflict resolution.

On this day in 1948 he was assassinated at a prayer meeting.

Mumbai has a famous Gandhi Museum “The Mani Bhavan Gandhi Museum” .

Mani Bhavan Gandhi Sangrahalaya is a Gandhi Museum in Mumbai. Gandhi stayed here whenever he visited Bombay (Mumbai) during the years 1917-1934.

The museum has a photo gallery of Ganhiji’s life from childhood till his assasination.
